How billing works

Important membership information

Each person needs an account

Membership cannot be shared between participants. Every person entering a room must use their own registered account.

Membership controls access

A valid invitation alone is not enough. The recipient must also have an active membership and be authorised to enter the room.

Members can review their current plan, renewal status and account settings from the member area.
