What your membership includes

One membership for your private Service Assistant access

Your membership provides access to the private account features available through the Service Assistant platform for the duration of your active subscription.

Your active membership provides access to private account pages, room controls and the member tools included in Service Assistant.

Create and manage private rooms

Members can create private rooms, manage invitations and use the room features available through their account.

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

View your membership status

Check your plan, membership dates and renewal status from the My Membership area after your account has been activated.

PAYMENT AND ACTIVATION

Your account is activated only after payment is verified.

Selecting a plan does not immediately create an account. The component must first confirm a successful transaction before your Joomla user account and membership are activated.

Before you subscribe

Can I register without subscribing?

No. Service Assistant does not offer open public registration. A new account is created only after a successful membership payment.

Can existing members log in first?

Yes. Existing members can log in before renewing or managing their current membership.

What happens if payment is cancelled?

The subscription is not activated and a new account is not created when payment is cancelled or cannot be verified.

Can I change plans later?

Plan changes and renewal options will be managed through the My Membership area when supported by your current membership status.
