Common questions

How Service Assistant works

Can a guest enter a chat room without a membership?

No. Every participant must have a registered account and an active membership. Guest access is not offered.

Does a discreet theme replace account security?

No. The theme changes how the page and invitation appear. Actual access still depends on login and room validation.

Can the room creator require another security code?

Yes. A separate room code can be enabled in addition to member login and invitation access.

Can I learn more before joining?

Yes. Visit the Membership Plans, Privacy & Security and Frequently Asked Questions pages before registering.
