Private rooms with controlled access and an ordinary appearance.
Service Assistant combines member-only access, protected invitations, optional room codes and discreet presentation themes in one browser-based service.
Set up a room around the conversation you need.
The room creator chooses the room name, participants, invitation presentation and additional security options. Rooms are private and are not listed publicly.
Send an invitation that fits the selected theme.
The invitation does not need to announce that it leads to a private chat. Its heading and supporting copy can resemble a normal response from the type of service selected by the room creator.

This invitation can only be used by an authorised registered member.Require every participant to prove their access.
The chat room never accepts anonymous visitors. The standard process combines a member login and invitation access. A separate room code can be added by the room creator.
Use a familiar interface without advertising the room’s purpose.
Inside the room, headings, navigation labels and example responses can continue the chosen theme. The discreet appearance supports privacy, while the actual access controls provide security.
The service is only one part of safe access.
Members also need practical guidance about browsers, devices, internet connections and account habits.

Can a guest enter a chat room without a membership?
No. Every participant must have a registered account and an active membership. Guest access is not offered.
Does a discreet theme replace account security?
No. The theme changes how the page and invitation appear. Actual access still depends on login and room validation.
Can the room creator require another security code?
Yes. A separate room code can be enabled in addition to member login and invitation access.
Can I learn more before joining?
Yes. Visit the Membership Plans, Privacy & Security and Frequently Asked Questions pages before registering.
