How it works

Service Assistant is designed around controlled access rather than open messaging. The room creator decides who is invited, how the room appears and what security is required.
Send a protected invitation
Invitation wording can fit the selected theme, such as a response from a repair company, delivery service or appointment provider.
Chat with registered members
Every participant signs in using their own active membership before the invitation and room security are accepted.

Access controls
Three layers can stand between the public and your room.
Security settings can be adjusted by the room owner while maintaining the rule that every participant must be registered and have an active membership.
Member account login
Each participant must sign in with an active membership. Anonymous guest access is not available.
Invitation access code
The invitation connects the registered member to the correct room using a controlled access code.
Optional room code
The room owner can require another code when the conversation needs an additional level of access control.
Membership access
Everyone in a room has their own account.
Service Assistant is not an open chat platform. Every participant must have their own registered account and active membership before entering a room.
